The film takes place in the desert bordering Colombia and Venezuela, where gasoline smugglers known as “pimpineros” risk their lives transporting illegal fuel from one country to another. The film tells about Juan (Alejandro Spitzer). He is the youngest of a clan of three brothers involved in this dangerous trade because he is forced to work for a sinister rival. Determined to uncover the terrible secrets surrounding this neutral zone, Juan’s friend, Diana (Laura Osma), sets off in search of the truth.
